Creatine

I used the Labrada Super Charge for a month and got great results. My size has increased from taking the supplement and my lifts felt like I had an added jolt of energy that I never possessed before taking the Super Charge. Now that it has been a month on the same product I think it might be a good idea to change products so that my body doesn’t get used to the same product and not work as effectively. I want to try a creatine in a pill form to see if the effectiveness is the same as liquid creatines. I am certain that the pill will be more convenient. I have heard great things about the creatine pill called Green Bulge made by Controlled Labs. It is priced reasonably on the supplement central website, as I have compared the prices to other websites where it is priced higher. Another reason I have decided to purchase Green Bulge is that Controlled Labs is conscious of their customers health and claims to take that into considertion when making their products.

Labrada Super Charge Xtreme

I have done some research on creatines over the past month and have found that weightlifting gurus really recommend Labrada’s Super Charge Xtreme when it comes to good creatines. Given the information that I gathered I went ahead and purchased it. The pricing was very reasonable on Supplement Central’s website and because I spent $60 in products I received a cool Labrada Shaker for free! This product comes in three different flavors: grape, orange, and fruit punch. I went with grape and prefer the flavor much better compared to supplements i’ve tried in the past. I’m in my first week of taking the super charge and I can feel tons of energy and focus that I didn’t have prior to taking the super charge. I am going to continue to take it and will let everyone know how my progress is going!

Creatine Supplementation

Filed under: Uncategorized — heavylifter @ 10:25 am

Don’t think you can take creatine and you wake up the next day jacked. You must workout. Creatine gives you the muscle building energy you need to get more out of your workout. When you max out your muscles in your workout you build more muscle mass.

No Loading Phase

Filed under: Uncategorized — heavylifter @ 10:28 am

With taking other basic creatine’s in the past I was taking 5 grams before and 5 grams after my workout. I started taking Size On from Gaspari Nutrition it is the first “two staged” delivery system requiring no  “loading phase” which insures a fast, sustained, muscle volumization. I like simplicity so I just take one serving right after my workout , I’m not a fan taking a ton of things. I prefer the Artic Lemon Ice tastes like lemonade.

Creatine

In the past I have used creatine that has made me feel very bloated during exercise. Although I felt like I was getting stronger I must say that the feeling of being bloated during my workout was definately a negative to taking the creatine. Do all creatines make you feel bloated during workouts or do you think it may have just been the specific brand I was using? I’m along the lines of being a novice when it comes to the realm of weightlifting and supplementation. Any input on this matter would be great.
